  1. How will I get the download links?
    Soon after your purchase, an automated e-mail with the links will be sent to you. Also check your spam/junk/promotions folders. If you have made the purchase while logged into your account, the links will also be on your account’s Downloads page.
  2. I did not receive an e-mail.
    Please check your spam /junk/promotions folders for the e-mail. Please check if your e-mail address does not contain any typing errors.
  3. Why are my download links not working?
    E-mail containing the links cannot be accessed from a different e-mail account. On the e-mail, be sure to click on the links listed in the Downloads column. The links in the Product column will take you back to the store.
    Links will not work if they have expired or if you have reached your download limit.
  4. My download links worked before, but not anymore.
    You have possibly reached your download limit.
    Your links may have expired (after 30 days).
    You must open links via your original e-mail account.
  5. I cannot log into my account.
    Try reset your password: Go to the My Account page, click on “Lost your password?” insert your e-mail address and reset. Please use the original e-mail address you used to register.
  6. When will I receive my purchases by post?
    All our products are digital and in PDF format for you to download and print at home. Nothing will be sent by post.
  7. Do you accept normal EFT payments?
    Yes. You are welcome to send an e-mail to request the banking details. International clients are also welcome to do so.
